
Summary
The Loreto Bay Corporation (a subsidiary of The Trust For Sustainable Development (TSD), builder of award-winning office and residential projects world wide) approached CMN in late 2003 to provide them with a platform to replace their outdated ACT contact management technology. They were embarking on a major development and needed a system that would deliver powerful and scalable solutions to match the new challenges ahead.
Challenges
Their new development, Loreto Bay, is impressive by almost any standard. To be built over ten years in Baja Mexico, it is a 2$Billion project that will include 6000 separate vacation and retirement residence units plus all the expected amenities like restaurants, shops, business facilities, and roads and utilities.
Equal to the scale of the development was the sales team’s sales territory: North America. They would gather leads from advertising, online sources, and sales events in multiple cities all across the continent.
Coordinating leads, assigning them to sales people and then moving each individual potential customer through the sales cycle efficiently and effectively was the mandate for Loreto’s CRM solution.
CMN Solutions
CRM ™ RED was rapidly deployed (in just thirty days) and customized to match Loreto’s sales and business processes.
All leads are now compiled and then sorted in a central
data base. From there, sales managers assign them to
sales people. All communications between Loreto and
their clients are easily view and tracked so that each
client is delivered the appropriate messages depending
on their personal profile, preferences and place in
the sales cycle.
CRM RED’s web-based system also helped create efficient communication between Loreto Bay’s employees and departments no matter where they are - head office in Victoria, BC, the construction site in Mexico, anywhere.
Results
The scalability of CRM has been vital to Loreto Bay as they continue to add modules and even hardware as the Loreto project demands.
