CMN makes splash at New Orleans DMA Conference

Oct 22, 2004 - Convergent Media Network, made a splash at the Annual Direct Marketers Association Tradeshow in New Orleans, Oct 18 – 20, 2004.

The CMN team met hundreds of entrepreneurs, marketing reps, infomercial producers, ad agency creative directors, direct mail pros, and pharmacists and other health care professionals.

“The conference was a great success,” reported Tim Vasko, CMN’s CEO. “Interest in our 1to1 Pharmacy™ platforms was very high. We built our 1to1 platforms because we saw that the pharmacy business was changing. Consumers are demanding better service and choices and pharmacies want to be able to live up to their customers expectations. The feed back that we got from pharmacists and other business people is that 1to1 is just what the industry is looking for. That was very gratifying.”

CMN’s Market Manager™ platform also caused a great deal of excitement with visitors to the CMN booth. “Market Manager is a very sophisticated yet easy-to-use platform that lets marketers design, execute and track personalized marketing campaigns from one desktop,” said Tim. “It’s a natural for direct marketers, so it was a big hit.”

Also of interest to attendees was CMN’s WebForTV™ platform, an all-in-one platform that integrates streaming video, e-commerce and personalized database marketing for the infomercial industry. The CMN team met several producers eager to use its power to deliver the sights and sounds of their infomercials over the web or by email.
